Dailies

Sleep - 7-8 Hours
Drink - 1-2 Cups of Green Tea, 12-14 Cups of Water
Stretch - 10-15 Minutes
Exercise - 45-50 Minutes
Eat - 3 Walnuts, Raw Veggies, Fresh Fruit
Take - Vitamins, Protein
Blog - Poetry, Thoughts/Ideas
